My plans are run in 8 weeks of subscription. After all formalities are completed, I will endeavour to deliver the plan within 48 to 72 hours. When the plan is handed over, the clock begins.
I will stay in contact with you regarding feedbacks and changes to the plan and checks-ins etc. When the 12 week is over a follow up call will be arranged to decide if you would like to move forward.

What does online personal training involve?
My online coaching program includes the following important steps after you’ve signed up to my program.
Initial consultation phone call via WhatsApp
Plan design
Plan delivery
Monitoring of the plan via email/WhatsApp, weekly check-ins
In a nutshell, I present the plan, you discuss or consult about it, we discuss and you implement and share your feedback, we keep track of the progress! -
Is online personal training effective?
Both Yes and No!
This is 100% efficient but not efficient at the same time!The success of any plan is contingent on certain things:
How committed are you to see the results?
Are you ready to implement changes to your lifestyle?
Are you consistent? This is essential!
Are you comfortable speaking to me, and doing your work with a high degree of diligence and so on. ?
Are you expecting miracles? Since there isn’t one!Answer the questions above and you’ll get your answer. The more willing you are to work hard, more successful the result is likely to be!

I have never exercised before, will online personal training work for me?
Yes!
My plans are all provided with a link to Exercise Videos. I always advise my clients to view these videos with care to understand the proper methods. If you’re a complete beginner, then you should watch the videos again and watch them over and over. This will provide you with greater results and prevent injuries from happening. If you’re unsure I will always be a number away, so feel free to contact me.I always ask my clients to send me their personal workout video. I’ll review them and provide any feedback.

I have multiple medical issues/ injuries, is online coaching safe for me?
I will put in a lot of care when creating your plan in which your medical history and any injuries will be evaluated.
But, it’s impossible to know the severity of an issue immediately!
Reach out to me. I’m here to help you achieve your goals. If an exercise doesn’t feel right, or a food item or supplement isn’t right for you, don’t delay, just let me know and I’ll provide a solution!
Based on your health situation, I could recommend you to an expert if it is beyond my expertise.

Will I need gym membership?
Fitness centers often offer a fantastic setting for a great workout. The availability of numerous equipment can help to reduce boredom. To be honest, you can expect to see great results when you’re a gym member since many aspects like convenience, increasing intensity of workouts etc are already taken care of!

But, I understand that the gym can be overwhelming for a lot of people. If you’re one of those person, then my program can help you to do some home exercises. I have worked with many clients where home exercises have done a great job. Again, it depends on how much you are willing to devote yourself towards your health. It will be necessary to purchase some basic equipments such as bars, dumbbells and bands etc. -
What if I do not know how to perform the exercises?

How long before I see results?
Unfortunately, no professional trainer will ever be in a position to inform you of that!
The formula is typically an 80-20 ratio, where most of the work must be completed by YOU. This is the same as the time you are learning to drive. Your driving instructor can aid you in understanding the basics, instruct you on the theories and techniques but the burden is on your shoulders to apply them in your own life.Additionally, each person is unique, which is why I do not advise the clients I work with to measure their results with others. We are each unique physically as well as psychologically. Additionally, many of us face real-life challenges, such as stress-inducing jobs, busy parents or carer obligations etc. So, outcomes can be different! Your real challenge is with your own self! Be better each time, establish an effective habit and avoid the bad habits each week. This is the way the progress is evaluated!
