Archan is a superb trainer – my physical health dramatically improved in a matter of a few weeks. He comes to each session with a varied and well thought out fitness programme exactly tailored to my needs. He has helped keep me motivated and to maintain the great results.

I came across Archan through a recommendation from a friend, and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. Archan works with me on creating a long sustaining diet for life rather just weight loss, balanced with good exercise. He understands physical limitations and adapts exercises to ensure muscles are engaged without compromising any injuries. Alongside this, Archan has a good understanding of mental health and the impact that stresses, and sleep can have on the overall wellbeing of one’s body. Whilst Archan is my first experience of a PT, I have been with him since May 2021 and have no intentions of going anywhere else!

The most impactful dialogue from him which changed my thought proceas about fitness was, "concentrate on fat loss and not on weight loss". This moved all those advertisment claiming reducing 10kg in one month at bay. He ensured slow steady progression. Overall progression, stamina increase, strength increase ,vigour increase, muscle. Another thing which makes Archan stand out is his simplesity and personal attention. He never makes you do any thing fancy

I trained with Archan over 2 separate stints and I have to say he’s one of the best PT I have ever had. His holistic approach focusing on fitness, diet and overall mental and physical wellbeing is unique. Archan’s tailored approach and plans worked very well for me. I found Archan when he responded to an enquiry I posted on a local Facebook page for a PT. Through lockdown and working during the pandemic, I gained a lot of weight and was unhappy with my body. Sessions with Archan were challenging and varied. He would incorporate a range of different exercises to keep me engaged. Exercise plans he provided were tailored inline with my body and goals. Nutritional advice given was realistic, this was so refreshing! I really needed a PT which understood I still needed Indian food in my diet. He helped me learn about portion control and making smarter choices as well as cooking healthier. As time went on I've experienced several barriers in my progress, mainly my health with long covid leaving me with heart problems. Throughout Archan has been supportive and helped motivate me to stay positive. He took the time to listen and understand my limitations and altered plans and sessions in line with my health limitations. We moved from intense to low intensity workouts so that I can still work towards my goals. Archan also made me see that weight loss isn't the only goal for females. I now want to build my strength, tone up and improve my overall health. I plan to stick with Archan for the long term as he totally understands my needs with my busy life.
