About me:
I’m Archan and am a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer located in Surrey, United Kingdom. I am married to my wife of more than 11 years, and we have a daughter, who is the star of my eyes.
My goal is to make people feel healthy and strong so that they can lead a great life!
I started practicing Jiu Jitsu in 2017 and I absolutely love it! I only wish I had started this journey much sooner. My daughter has been practicing Judo since 5 years old. As a parent, I would encourage other parents to put their kids into combat sports. In today’s world, it is a life skill. Along with the physical training, it teaches them hard work, discipline and mental toughness.

What Plans Do I Offer?
Every person is unique, and hence I don’t have a standard design for my plans. There are many variables that go into creating a comprehensive program that depends on your fitness experience, genes, age, current fitness level, food preferences including allergies as well as your history of injuries and medications. If no two people are identical, then how can the same strategy work for all of us?
I spend much effort and attention into the design of plans for my clients, and I aim to provide them with results.
I try to create my strategies based on what “you would like”. I try to stay clear of complexities and aim to simplify the process to follow.
The most effective plans are the ones that allow for excellent interaction between both the instructor and participant. If you do not provide me with feedback, how will I be able to tell?
I offer four major programmes, muscle building, get lean, general fitness and sports specific plan. If you are unsure, please contact me to discuss what plan will be suitable for you. I will offer you a customised plan to help with your needs!
