Have you heard that according to the World Health Organization (WHO), each year an estimated 684,000 people die due to falls around the world. In reality falls are the second most frequent cause of unintentional accident-related deaths in the world. Additionally, adults who are older than 60 years age experience the highest rate in fall accidents. Do you know the cause for this? Muscle Loss! According to multiple research studies, the muscle mass decreases by around 3-8% percent per decade after age 30. The decrease is more severe after 60. This loss of strength, muscle mass and function is a major cause and a contributor to disability among older adults. Hence my personal style of training is focused on the introduction of resistance training into the lives of people. I also employ a mix of HIIT and cardiovascular training techniques to improve overall fitness. I have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from Directors working in the corporate sector to busy parents, amateur athletes and all the rest. About me:

I’m Archan and am a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer located in Surrey, United Kingdom. I am married to my wife of more than 11 years, and we have a daughter, who is the star of my eyes.

My goal is to make people feel healthy and strong so that they can lead a great life!

I started practicing Jiu Jitsu in 2017 and I absolutely love it! I only wish I had started this journey much sooner. My daughter has been practicing Judo since 5 years old. As a parent, I would encourage other parents to put their kids into combat sports. In today’s world, it is a life skill. Along with the physical training, it teaches them hard work, discipline and mental toughness.

What Plans Do I Offer?

Every person is unique, and hence I don’t have a standard design for my plans. There are many variables that go into creating a comprehensive program that depends on your fitness experience, genes, age, current fitness level, food preferences including allergies as well as your history of injuries and medications. If no two people are identical, then how can the same strategy work for all of us?

I spend much effort and attention into the design of plans for my clients, and I aim to provide them with results.

I try to create my strategies based on what “you would like”. I try to stay clear of complexities and aim to simplify the process to follow.

The most effective plans are the ones that allow for excellent interaction between both the instructor and participant. If you do not provide me with feedback, how will I be able to tell?
